Jennifer Lopez looks sporty in a blue tracksuit as she kicks off busy next few months away from Ben Affleck with a trip to the studio in LA

Jennifer Lopez kicked off her very packed fall schedule with a trip to the recording studio. 

On Monday, the 52-year-old triple threat was seen arriving to a studio session in the Burbank area of Los Angeles, wearing a royal blue tracksuit. 

Amid reports she and beau Ben Affleck's work commitments will take them in opposite directions in the coming months, the two are set to spend the holidays together.

The multi-hyphenate arrived to the studio in her usual white SUV wearing a blue hoodie and a matching pair of joggers. 

Adding a touch of glam to the laid back look she sported rhinestone Nike sneakers and carried her Hermes Himalaya Birkin 30 bag which costs well over $230,000. 

Her hair was whisked back into a high bun and she accessorized the outfit with a few chunky diamond and gold bracelets and a pair of hoop earrings. 

And though she has been virtually attached at the hip with boyfriend Affleck, 49, both are preparing to spend fall largely without each other, so are making plans for the future.

A source told PEOPLE that as both 'have months of work coming up,' the couple 'plan on spending the holidays together,' but are also trying to prioritize their kids. 

'They will both get a break. For Jennifer, Christmas is all about the kids. She makes it very special for them,' the insider said, adding that 'Ben wants to be with his kids too.' 

'This year, it will take some more planning since Ben wants to be with his kids too. They haven't made any specific holiday decisions yet and are still working it all out.' 

An insider had previously divulged a bit more about their schedules with Ben set to head to Texas this week for his film Hypnotic, and Lopez heading to Canada in October to start on her next movie. 

TMZ had previously reported that Ben had rented a luxury condo in Austin, Texas for the duration of his shoot, and that the two would spend time there when their schedules allowed it.

In a September 19 AdWeek interview, the Good Will Hunting star publicly gushed about his girlfriend for the first time where he said he was 'in awe' of her. 

'I am in awe of what Jennifer's effect on the world is,' he said as he spoke about her representing women of color and being an 'example' of a 'strong woman' in the industry. 

'Jennifer has inspired a massive group of people to feel they have a seat at the table in this country. I have seen, over and over and over and over, women of color approach Jennifer and tell her what her example as a strong woman and a woman succeeding and demanding her fair share in the business world means to them.' 

The couple's first red carpet appearance came as she supported him at the premiere of his film The Last Duel in Venice, Italy on September 10 before they attended The Met Gala together just three days later.
